Delete your account
UBMS Go is the guest app for hotels, gyms, spas and rentals that run on UBMS. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by request.
From the app (immediate)
- Open UBMS Go and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete.
The account is deleted right away and you are signed out on every device.
By request
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from any address and include the phone number you signed in with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, e-mail, avatar.
- Every sign-in identity (phone, Telegram, Google, Apple) — the same phone can register again from scratch.
- All guest links issued to you — they stop working immediately.
- Your device token for notifications.
What is kept, and for how long
- Bookings, memberships, rental agreements and orders stay with the business that created them — they are the business's own records (receipts, occupancy, accounting) — but they are no longer linked to you: the guest field becomes anonymous.
- Server access logs are kept for up to 14 days for security and then deleted.

Удалить аккаунт
В приложении: вкладка Профиль → внизу Удалить аккаунт → Удалить. Аккаунт удаляется сразу, на всех устройствах выполняется выход.
По запросу: напишите на [email protected], указав номер телефона, с которым входили. Удаляем в течение 7 дней и подтверждаем ответным письмом.
Что удаляется: профиль (имя, телефон, e-mail, аватар), все способы входа, гостевые ссылки, токен уведомлений.
Что остаётся: брони, абонементы, договоры аренды и заказы остаются у заведений как их учётные записи, но больше не связаны с вами. Логи сервера хранятся до 14 дней.
